Tatiana
Skopinova-Monastyrskaya, Alexander
Skopinov-Monastyrsky and Romanova Alia present an original and
spectacular act of the art of transformation/change of costumes and illusionism
combined with a nice choreographic sequences.
Tatiana is the fifth
generation of artiste in her family from Russia, she is a graduate from the
School of Choreography in Moscow, and already in her youth she appeared for the
first time on stage and in the circus-ring.
This particular act exists
since 1988, in which even the mother of Tatiana takes part.
In 1996, Tatiana modified the
initial act by using new sorts of changes of the costumes with an adequate
choreography and musical accompaniment.
The actual act celebrates a
good success in Russia as well as overseas.
In the winter 1998/99 the
artistes performed in the show of the
LOUIS KNIE's Christmas Circus
Vienna, Austria and hence at the Circus Festival of Massy, France, they were
awarded the "Special Prize of the Jury". In 1999, they have
attended an artistic tour in Venezuela.
