Octavio-Felix Alegria-Ramirez is the youngest child of the fourth
generation of the famous Mexican artiste-family Alegria.
And as his two sisters and six brothers, he brings the artistic tradition of the family
further.
Already in his childhood he used to watch his older brother Arturo as he was
juggling. Fascinated by his brother's skills he tried to juggle himself. His talent,
ambition and patience at training impressed his family.
Then instead of using small balls he juggled with footballs; instead of the classical
clubs he used tennis rackets and ping-pong balls, and in place of traditional juggling
rings he uses the Mexican hats - the sombreros.

At the age of 17 he got his first engagement outside of Mexico, namely in Norway
(1991), and further he performed at CIRCUS BENNEWEIS in
Denmark (1992), CIRCUS KNIE in Switzerland and in the
AUSTRIAN NATIONAL CIRCUS LOUIS KNIE (1994).
Award winner at the INTERNATIONAL CIRCUS FESTIVAL in Verona, Italy (1995) and at the
INTERNATIONAL CIRCUS
FESTIVAL of MONTE-CARLO (1996)
